General Information

• Rental pricing includes staffing for certified lifeguards and on-site pool management to ensure safety during all reservations.
• Rental includes access to the entire pool facility and restrooms.
• Amenity club house rentals are not included and must be booked separately.
• Guests may only enter during the reserved rental time. Early setup and late departures are not permitted.
• The pool will be cleared 10 minutes prior to the end of your reservation to allow for cleanup and guest exit.
• The reserving party is responsible for all setup and cleanup as outlined in the signed waiver.
• Concessions will be available for purchase during the rental.
• A Bluetooth speaker is available for use and will be operated by Sonterra MUD staff.

Pool Rules & Exceptions

• All standard pool rules (posted onsite and online) must be followed.
• Life jackets are available for use.
• Large coolers and outside food are permitted.
• Alcohol and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
• Balloons and confetti are not allowed within the pool area.
• Pool floats (e.g., noodles) are permitted during private rentals only.
• Larger floats (rafts, tubes, etc.) must be pre-approved.
• All water toys (excluding dive rings and dive sticks) must be pre-approved.
• Outside speakers, DJs, or other entertainment are not allowed without prior approval.

• A $100 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking the reservation.
• Reservations must be made 14 days prior to the rental date to allow staff scheduling.
• Deposits will be refunded within 30 working business days after the event, provided no damages occur.
• Last-minute reservations will not be accepted.

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the rental.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental.

Sonterra Pool

• Maximum Capacity: 120 guests
• Rental Days: Tuesday–Sunday (No rentals on Mondays)
• Time: 8:15 PM – 10:15 PM (2-hour block)
• Resident Cost: $450
• Non-Resident Cost: $585

Cool Water Pool

• Maximum Capacity: 90 guests
• Rental Days: Monday–Sunday (No rentals on Tuesdays)
• Time: 8:15 PM – 10:15 PM (2-hour block)
• Resident Cost: $400
• Non-Resident Cost: $520
