Waiver and Photo Release Policy for Special Events and Programs

All participants—whether walk-ins or pre-registered—attending any Sonterra MUD program or event are required to read and sign a waiver form prior to participation. This waiver includes a general liability release as well as a photo release, granting Sonterra MUD permission to capture and use photos or videos for promotional and informational purposes.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, security, and proper documentation of all events and participants.
