Operating Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Rental Expectations: To rent the Sonterra Clubhouse, please create a CIVICREC account and select an available date & time from the calendar shown on each property listing. The maximum length of a rental may not exceed 4 hours. Once the *security deposit has been paid, a staff member will either approve or deny your reservation request. You will be able to pay the remainder of your rental fee once approved.

*Your security deposit is considered refundable unless there is damage to, or misuse of, the respective property during your event.

 Rental Pricing

  • Residents: $65 per hour
  • Non-Residents: $85 per hour
  • Pool Access Fee: Pool access is only available to parties consisting of 25 guests or fewer for a fee of $100. Pool access is only available 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM during aquatic season.
  • Security Deposit: $100 for all renters (refundable)
